Cynthia Chiles is President and founder of convergence SM consulting, and she is located in the Los Angeles, California office.
She developed the innovative business model on which the company is founded and named. Ms. Chiles has 18 years of environmental, health, safety, and social responsibility (EHS2), management consulting experience to multi-national clients. She has a strong grasp on how to develop and effectively implement global EHS management programs, in particular compliance audit programs and management system implementation programs. She has conducted hundreds of EHS audits in over 17 countries, and currently manages many large scale multi-country audit programs for our clients in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Ms. Chiles is the current Vice President of the Auditing Roundtable Board of Directors and sits on the Standards Board for the Board of Environmental Health and Safety Auditor Certification (BEAC). She holds a holds a Bachelor of Science in both Political Science and Business Management, and is a non-attorney member of the California Bar Association.

Alan Gallacher is a Principal and Director in convergenceSM consulting, and located in the Edinburgh, Scotland office.
Prior to joining convergence Alan was Board Director of one of the UK's larger environmental consulting firms and had responsibility for a number of offices in Scotland and elsewhere in the UK. Alan has over 18 years experience in EHS consulting and has worked with numerous multinational corporations, including; Eli Lilly, Schering-Plough, Merck, Microsoft, Bombardier, Applied Materials, NCR, Motorola, Hughes Microelectronics, Shell, BP, Hess, and British Gas/ENI/Lukoil and has performed EHS audits and developed management systems for the oil, gas, engineering, electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, defense, and automotive industrial sectors. As well as extensive experience in the UK, Alan has worked throughout Europe, Nigeria, Angola, Kazakhstan, Abu Dhabi, Brazil, the Balkans and the US. Alan has a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in chemistry from St Andrews University in Scotland and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School. Alan is an examiner with the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA), a former IEMA Regional chairman and registered IEMA auditor. Prior to embarking on a career in EHS consulting, Alan was initially employed in the pharmaceutical industry and later managed a start-up recycling firm.

Ms. Yakopcic a Program Director at convergenceSM consulting LLC.and located in the Dover, New Hampshire office. She is an accomplished environmental health and safety engineer and manager with over 23 years of experience in the environmental, health and safety field. She has an extensive background in industrial EHS management as well as global environmental auditing (recently in France, Dominican Republic, Tunisia, and Mexico), hazardous material management and waste disposal and recycling. As an Environmental Health and Safety Manager at a treatment storage and disposal facility for 8 years she managed RCRA Facility Investigation projects, investigations, and capital improvement projects. Additionally, Ms. Yakopcic has expertise in compliance management and action reporting systems, incident investigation and working with US state and federal environmental regulatory agencies. Ms. Yakopcic has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Dayton, in Dayton Ohio. She is a BEAC certified auditor. Prior to her role with convergence, Ms. Yakopcic founded Kayak Environmental L.L.C. a certified woman owned business that provides EHS compliance based services to its clients - manufacturers of textiles, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and petroleum refineries.

Larry G. Gutterridge is a Principal in convergenceSM consulting and located in Los Angeles, California. He is a partner with Hanna and Morton LLP in Los Angeles. He has over 30 years of experience in environmental law, including, EHS management, crisis response, auditing, due diligence, compliance counseling, and civil and criminal defense. Before joining Hanna and Morton in 1999, he headed the Los Angeles Environmental Group of Sidley & Austin; was environmental counsel at ARCO; served as an appellate attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division; and worked in the White House as Assistant to the Special Counsel to the President. Larry is a former Council Member of the ABA Section of Environment, Energy and Resources.
